How much is the Digital Pass?
$24.99, one time. No subscription, no recurring charges.
How long do I have access?
Your pass includes access through December 31, 2026.
Can I buy a pass for someone else?
Yes. Share watch.cultureconcollective.com with them and they can get their own Digital Pass at checkout. Each pass is tied to one account, so they'll sign in with their own email.
I bought my pass on Posh. How do I get in?
Your account is already set up with the email you used on Posh. Go to watch.cultureconcollective.com, select Sign In, enter that email and choose "Send me a sign in link." No password needed. Used a different email or can't get in? Email tickets@theccnyc.com with your Posh order confirmation.
I bought on Posh with a different email. What do I do?
Email tickets@theccnyc.com with your Posh order confirmation and the email address you'd like to use, and we'll get you set up.
How do I access my account?
Select Sign In at the top right and enter your email. You can sign in with your password or request a sign-in link by email.
How do I reset my password?
On the Sign In page, choose the password option, then select the link to set a new password. Enter your account email, and we’ll send you a reset link. You can also skip the password and sign in with an emailed link.
Can I have more than one account with the same email?
No. Each email address can have one account. If you can’t sign in, use the Forgot Password link or request a sign-in link.
How do I find sessions?
Once you're signed in, select Library in the top menu, then Browse. Sessions are grouped by track (Creative Entrepreneurs, Content Creators, Corporate Intrapreneurs, Industry Leaders, Community Leaders, Creative Activists and Students), or start with the Start Here row.
How do I save sessions to watch later?
Tap the bookmark icon under any video. It’ll show up in your Favorites.
What devices can I watch on?
Any phone, tablet, laptop or computer with a web browser. There’s no app to download. Just go to watch.cultureconcollective.com and sign in.
Can I download videos?
Sessions are streaming only and can’t be downloaded. You can watch anytime before December 31, 2026, by signing in from any web browser.
Can I get a refund?
All Digital Pass purchases are final and non-refundable. If you’re having trouble accessing your pass, email tickets@theccnyc.com and we’ll help.
